On Saturday 21st May 2022, Aaron and Dale Burton unveiled a memorial bench to their late father, Pete (‘Badger’) Burton.  

Peter Burton dedicated 39 years to the Gratton Trust and the local community, founding and supporting the Sutton Scotney football team.

For everyone who knew and loved Pete, you can now enjoy a great view of the Gratton from the bench placed in his memory.

Even ‘Dog’ who would often jump onto Pete’s lap in the local!
